Focuses on vocabulary acquisition and sentence building. Emphasizes word order in sentences and questions, negating sentences, identifying parts of speech and applying associated rules, using verbs correctly, and increasing comprehension and conversational skills. After successful completion, Students should be able to ask and answer basic questions and say or discuss names, dates, family names, parts of the anatomy, parts of the city, weather and seasons, clothing, geography and identify colors.
PREREQUISITE: Introduction to Spanish or equivalent experience.

Must be 18 years old to take class.
