Take a culinary cruise around the Mediterranean and discover what makes this region home to some of the world’s most popular cuisines. Over the course of four days, you’ll learn the techniques behind phenomenal dishes from Italy, Greece, and Morocco. In addition to familiar favorites like scratch-made pasta, ravioli and chicken kebabs, you’ll also get to try making exciting street foods like falafel and hummus, breads like pita and focaccia, and desserts like baklava. Continue on to the world of Asian Pacific cuisine with items like Sushi, Korean BBQ, Pad Thai, and dumplings with traditional Asian flair.
