Course Description

Finance & Accounting for Non-financial Managers is an American Mangement Association Course.

From accruals to write-offs, from accounts receivable to working capital, this course provides you with a working knowledge of financial principles and their application. These skills are essential for a manger to be effective in today's uncertain economy where every manager is being held accountable for the bottom line.

This course transforms financial and accounting language and concepts into decision-making tools the non-financial manager can use successfully every day. Participants learn to apply the fundamentals of finance to improve budget management, increase potential profits, sell new ideas and assess the financial viability of projects. This two-day course makes financial topics both interesting and understandable -- to anyone!

This course is eligible for HRCI credits.
