The role stress plays, when it comes to health, has become a major concern to most people as they try to deal with the pace of busy lives. The key lies in learning to manage the sources of stress and to make use of it at times in a positive way. In this course you will learn how to find a level of stress that is tolerable and you will learn ways to manage yourself and your environment so that you can stay within those boundaries.
