Become a pastry guru in this course dedicated to making your favorite bakery-quality pastries at home. From danishes with a variety of fillings to crispy, flaky palmier cookies to classic apple strudel, you’ll practice making delicious bakery items using laminated doughs rich with butter and perfectly suited to family holiday gatherings. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In this hands-on course, CHI’s chef-instructor will explain the process for creating various doughs and then you’ll get the opportunity to make a range of incredible breakfast pastries and desserts. Take home the skills to reproduce everything you make, plus a to-go box for all the treats you don’t eat in class!
