Travel to Italy with CHI in this incredible course devoted to one of the world's most beloved cuisines, known for its simple preparations and extraordinary flavors. Learn about Italian flavor profiles, ingredients and techniques as you become more adept at cooking like an Italian. Topics may cover intensely flavorful pasta sauces like Bolognese and puttanesca, technique-oriented dishes like risotto and gnocchi, signature main dishes such as Porchetta, and dolci such as tiramisu.
