Notes:

This Demo class, focuses on the art of low and slow cooked BRISKET along with authentic rubs, barbecue sauces most commonly associated with Texas and Kansas City, traditional sides, and dessert. After CHI's culinary educator prepares these delicious items, participants will then enjoy sampling great barbecue and its accompaniments.
