Discover the joy of fresh, from-scratch bread made at home. Designed for novices and intermediate bakers, this course covers some of the basic science behind making bread and expert, step-by-step instruction on how to bake a variety of delicious breads that turn out perfectly, even in a home oven.

In this hands-on class, you'll become a more confident baker as CHI's chef-instructor teaches you the principles that underlie bread-making and guides you through the 10-step process of yeast dough production. Sample everything you make, and take home whatever you don't eat in class! This class will focus on one recipe from lean dough, rich dough, and a flat dough. Don't forget your bread tote to take all the goodies home.
