Bakeshop 201: Beyond the Basics, Frozen Delights. Summer is heating up and there is only so much one can do to stay cool. Come on down to CHI, take a class in our temperature-controlled teaching kitchen and learn how to make some timeless classic frozen desserts to share with friends and family. We will walk you through the steps to making homemade ice-cream from scratch, tasty sorbets, milkshakes, and refreshing ice-pops.
