Whether you're stopping by downtown Greenville's Saturday Market or planting your own garden, this course will guide you through some fun and exciting ways to put your produce to work in the kitchen. Join CHI's Chef as you learn restaurant techniques for maximizing the aromas and flavors of your Farmer's Market finds in delicious dishes that wow you from root to leaf.

Pickles, Preserves, & Canning. Kick off National Pickle Month by attending and mastering the craft of putting up and enjoying the bounties of your garden or purchases from the local farmer's market. During this 3.5-hour class you will learn hands on, as Chef Farren instructs you on how to make quick pickles, salt brined pickles, fruit preserves and other methods of storing your goodies for the year to come.
