This camp is designed to provide young culinary enthusiasts with a comprehensive introduction to the art of cooking and baking. Through a series of hands-on activities, demonstrations, and expert guidance, participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills that will set them on a path to becoming proficient in the kitchen.

Throughout the camp, students will explore the fundamental techniques and principles of cooking and baking, including ingredient selection, food preparation, recipe reading, and proper cooking methods. With an emphasis on safety and hygiene, participants will learn how to handle kitchen tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring a secure and enjoyable cooking environment. By the end of camp, participants will have gained confidence in the kitchen and developed a passion for culinary arts. They will leave with a collection of recipes and memories of a fun-filled and educational summer camp experience.


Flavoring with Herbs and Spices, Knife Skills and Soups, Cookies and Cupcakes, Pizza & Pretzels. For all culinary camps, please adhere to the following dress code. This is for the safety of your campers. Non-compliant students may be sent home. - Closed toe shoes. NO Flipflops or sandals. Non-slip sole preferred, tennis shoes are acceptable. - Long pants. NO short shorts, athletic shorts, skirts or dresses. - Please wear closes that fit. Excessively baggy clothing is potentially dangerous in a working kitchen environment. - Camp t-shirts provided.
