In this camp, aspiring young chefs will embark on a culinary journey filled with creativity, skill-building, and the joy of cooking! Mastering Cooking is carefully crafted to provide a structured learning experience that caters to participants of all skill levels. From beginners seeking to develop a solid foundation in cooking to more experienced young chefs looking to refine their techniques, this camp offers a supportive and challenging environment for growth.

Campers will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of ingredients, honing their knife skills, mastering cooking techniques, and experimenting with flavors and textures. They will learn about the importance of food safety and hygiene.

Whether your camper dreams of becoming a professional chef or simply wishes to impress loved ones with their culinary creations, this camp will provide you with the skills and confidence to excel in the kitchen.

Topics include: Basic Sauces and Roast Chicken, Experimenting with Vegetables, Grill Masters, and Perfect Pasta Dishes For all culinary camps, please adhere to the following dress code. This is for the safety of your campers. Non-compliant students may be sent home. - Closed toe shoes. NO Flipflops or sandals. Non-slip sole preferred, tennis shoes are acceptable. - Long pants. NO short shorts, athletic shorts, skirts or dresses. - Please wear closes that fit. Excessively baggy clothing is potentially dangerous in a working kitchen environment. - Camp t-shirts provided.
