Get ready to embark on a delectable journey through the rich and indulgent world of French and Italian desserts. You will discover the secrets behind crafting authentic desserts that have captivated taste buds for centuries. During the camp, you will delve into the world of French patisserie, mastering the art of creating flaky croissants, buttery tarts, and heavenly macarons. You will learn the importance of precision and technique as you whip up classic French desserts like crème brûlée, gougères, and profiteroles.

In addition to French delicacies, you will also explore the enchanting world of Italian desserts. Dive into the secrets of making the perfect tiramisu and authentic cannoli. Our instructors will transport you to the charming streets of Italy.
