Six Sigma is being implemented in a wide variety of manufacturing/service organizations throughout the world and in a variety of functions. Learn the history, terms, benefits and disadvantages, strategies and methodologies of Six Sigma (including Lean Six Sigma) and an introduction to the DMAIC approach. Applicable for all levels of an organization and helps executives in making decisions about Six Sigma.
Project Sponsor/Champion workshop will give leaders/managers the necessary understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and their roles to successfully support specific Lean Six Sigma and other improvement projects within their organizations. Beneficial even for those who want to learn best practices for supporting general problem solving and improvement efforts within their organization.
