Punch your ticket for a trip around the world! Global Gastronomy is designed for students who have a passion for exploring the diverse flavors and techniques of international cuisine. Throughout this immersive experience, campers will embark on a culinary journey around the world, discovering the secrets behind creating authentic dishes from various countries. Campers will learn about the unique ingredients, cooking methods, and cultural significance of dishes from different regions. You’ll make a new stop each day and fill up that culinary passport. Join us for an unforgettable time filled with flavors, fun, and friendship.
Notes:
Day 1: Morocco – Start with Moroccan Carrot Salad, Chicken Tagine with Couscous, Moroccan Mint Tea, Almond Cookies, and hummus with pita bread.
Day 2: France – Savor Quiche Lorraine, Ratatouille, Croque Monsieur, and crepes with Nutella & strawberries.
Day 3: Mexico – Enjoy guacamole with homemade tortilla chips, chicken tacos, elote Mexican street corn, Tajin fruit cups, and churros with chocolate sauce.
Day 4: Japan – Experience edamame, sushi rolls (California rolls), chicken teriyaki, and dorayaki (Japanese red bean pancakes). Perfect for food enthusiasts wanting to expand their culinary horizons!
