Whether you're a home cook with a new wood-fired oven, an avid camper who likes cooking on the coals, or an enthusiast who loves the taste of wood-fired food, this course will give you tools, knowledge and techniques for making your wood-fired cooking and baking a success. Grills, Cast Iron Skillets, Wood-Fired Ovens, Dutch Ovens, and Hot Coals: July is National Grilling Month! Come celebrate with CHI as we honor the tradition of cooking by the means of fire. We will instruct you step by step to making the perfect meal out of doors, in the open air, armed with nothing but a cold beverage and the will to impress all with your fire cooking skills. Learn how to grill the perfect meats, flame char seasonal vegetables, dutch oven cobblers and many more fire cooking tips.
