OR
For those who want to develop their individual/team problem solving and process improvement skills based on a working knowledge of the easily remembered Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Participants will also learn how to incorporate what they learn for improved daily problem solving and improvement. Training incorporates pitfalls and how to avoid them, a competency assessment, waste identification, key terminology and metrics, and learning and practice of basic problem solving, waste identification and lean tools.

Also valuable for project sponsors of or working team member on Green Belt or Black Belt projects. Good "stepping stone" for Green Belt or for those who don't want the added statistical rigor and additional tools in Green Belt training.
