This food safety certification course, developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, is a comprehensive program for all food-handling establishments. This 6-hour class will teach you food safety and the importance of serving safe food, how to develop standard sanitation operating procedures, and how to examine controls for foodborne illnesses and more.
This course does not meet the SC Food Protection Managment requirements.
